Our Story
Filo was born from a love of family, tradition, and unforgettable flavors. With roots in Palestine and Jordan and a life built in the U.S., our founder grew up straddling cultures—always missing the late-night culinary adventures of the Middle East, where kunafa, booza, and baklava were more than desserts; they were experiences shared with friends and family.
At Filo, we’ve recreated that spirit for our American friends, crafting a place where world-class desserts meet world-famous hospitality. We draw inspiration from across the Middle East—kunafa from Ramallah, booza from Latakia, coffee from Amman—so every bite tells a story.
We call our locations guesthouses, because like our mothers taught us, you never let a guest leave without rolling out the red carpet—or without a full belly. When you step into Filo, you’re not just a customer, you’re family.
